Want to learn how to design and create a quilt on a sewing machine? Join SEW, Go ROAR!, Graham Park's Sewing Club. Learn how to make quilts for babies and pets. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! You'll learn the basics of fabric, thread, batting, and how to make a quilt sandwich. Students will walk away with a custom-made quilt for someone special or themselves.

HEY YOU!!! Do you like anime? Do you like to draw? Do you like art in general? Then Art Club is the club for YOU! In Art Club this year, we will be drawing all kinds of things! We will be drawing on a wide spectrum from anime to realism, to anything else your heart desires. We will have a lot of free draw opportunities, as well as using all different kinds of mediums! This could include using charcoal, paint, graphite, digital, and all other kinds of mediums. I really hope that you take a chance and allow your creativity to flow and flourish in Art Club this year!

The pep squad is like a cheer team. We will perform at the pep rallies and learn a dance with some cheers involved.  Club meeting days will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. 

 

SCA Club

SCA is the School Council Association for Graham Park Middle School. A student council is a group of student leaders who work with an adult advisor to collaborate with others to impact our school community, which impacts their city or town, which impacts our state, which impacts our country, which changes the world. SCA volunteers are the voices of the students, allowing students’ ideas to be heard and shared with teachers, administration and school staff.

The National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship. These five pillars have been associated with membership in the organization since its inception in 1929.  1st Wednesday of each month

A national middle school mathematics competition that builds problem-solving skills and fosters achievement through four levels of fun, in-person "bee" style contests. 
In the spring, there will be a school level competition and the champion will represent Graham Park at the county-wide competition in the spring and we would love for Graham Park to bring home the championship!

Do you like to write? In this club you can write about whatever you want- fictional stories, poems, magazine articles, news articles, comic books, non-fiction and more. Do you also like to draw, take photographs, make digital art, or something else? We will be taking the work of Graham Park Students and making a digital  collection. You will learn about online design, editing, and publishing.
